Jim has been the senior pastor at New Life for the past six years having previously been the assistant pastor for four years. Formerly an accountant, Jim is married to Cathy (see below), they have two children, David (14) and Lyndsey (8). |

Willie has a background in sales and multimedia and believes firmly that church should be part of the community. Part of New Life for 23 years, Willie and his wife Liz have three grown children Mark, Terry and daughter Erin. |

Cathy, member of New Life for some 22 years, is married to Jim and mother to David and Lyndsey. Cathy is committed to see New Life influence the community of Prestwick and beyond and become a church which reaches out with hope to all people of our society. |

A Christian for over 20 years, Ellen originally from Glasgow, and her husband Hugh have 3 grown children and 2 grand-children. Ellen works with children who have challenging behaviour and also heads a very successful women’s ministry within the church. |
